for all passengers, assisting with luggage, maintaining a comfortable cabin temperature, and respecting passenger privacy.
Proactively monitor the expiration dates of vehicle licenses, insurance policies, and roadworthiness certificates, fire extinguishers, and alert Admin well in advance of renewals.
Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and lights to ensure the vehicle is in peak operating condition.
Manage fuel cards responsibly, identifying the most efficient routes to minimize mileage and monitoring fuel consumption patterns to reduce operational costs.
Ensure both the interior and exterior of the pool vehicles are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times to reflect the company’s professional standards.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Execute scheduled and unscheduled transport requests for staff, clients, or executives, ensuring all parties reach their destinations safely and on time
Maintain meticulous records of every trip, including mileage (start/end), purpose of travel, fuel consumption, and Admin signatures for auditing purposes.
Work with Admin Supervisor to ensure that the vehicles are serviced as at when due.
Adhere strictly to all local and national traffic regulations, speed limits, and safety protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and the public.
