We are currently seeking a
Driver Instructor Manager
to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train new and existing drivers and conduct refresher training.
- Assess driver performance and identify areas requiring further training.
- Conduct driver assessments, road tests, on-board monitoring and shadow monitoring.
- Develop and update driver assessment questions and training materials.
- Prepare and manage driver training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
- Conduct periodic depot visits and spot checks.
- Train drivers on relevant HSSEQ policies, traffic regulations and highway codes.
- Monitor and promote compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to driver training and development.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field/equivalent qualification.
Certification: Smith System Certification.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience, preferably in an administrative or driver training role.
