Key Accountabilities
- Safely drive the executive director to and from official engagements, meetings, and other destinations as required.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any faults immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all executive movements and discussions.
- Assist the executive director with carrying items, running errands, or other assigned duties when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Coordinate with the administrative team regarding schedules and logistics.
