Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional driver to operate the company’s vehicle by driver his assigned personnel/ manager to designated locations, ensuring safe and efficient trips while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Drive your manager to various locations as instructed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the car to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and brakes, and report any issues or defects for repair.
- Ensure that all assignments and trips are authorized, embarked on, and completed on time.
- Daily clean both the inside and outside of the vehicle and perform maintenance checks on the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, mileage, fuel, and repairs.
- Comply with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately.
- Skills and Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of SSCE.
- Must have valid driver’s license and LASDRI card.
- Proven driving experience.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Must be familiar with Lagos route.
- Must be willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the company.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
