Role Summary
The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Audio Visual (AV), BMS integration, and other low-current systems.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager for an expatriate assignment in Nigeria to lead and manage Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects from initiation through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, materials, and vendor coordination
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with safety and site requirements.
- Lead end-to-end ELV project lifecycle management
- Oversee system design reviews and technical compliance
- Plan, schedule, and control project timelines and deliverables
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Monitor budgets, project costs, and financial performance
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication
- Prepare project progress reports and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in Nigerian projects (preferred).
- Proven track record managing multi-system ELV projects
- Strong technical background in systems such as: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Audio Visual (AV), BMS / System Integration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field - Project Management certification (PMP preferred)
- Experience working on large-scale commercial / industrial projects
- 10+ years of ELV / Low Current project experience
