These insights are translated into target architectures, integration blueprints, and transformation roadmaps that enable operational excellence and business growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, and the business, the Enterprise Architect governs a best-of-breed technology landscape, ensuring that planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and analytics solutions are architecturally coherent, properly integrated, and aligned to enterprise objectives.
The Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, owning the architectural direction for the Supply Chain function at Coca-Cola HBC.
The ultimate goal of the Supply Chain architecture is to create a resilient, efficient, agile, and data-driven supply chain that delivers exceptional service, optimizes cost, enables sustainability objectives, and supports long-term business strategy.
The role acts as a trusted advisor and architectural authority, accountable for ensuring that these capability areas function as a single, connected, and efficient supply chain ecosystem rather than operating as isolated functional silos.
This role spans the full breadth of the Supply Chain landscape, encompassing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Customer Fulfillment, Transportation, Sustainability, and the Analytics & Reporting capabilities that support them.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise architecture strategy & ownership:
- Ensure architectural coherence and consistency across programs, products, and platforms.
- Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision and strategy for the Supply Chain function.
- Define and maintain target architectures and transition roadmaps guiding transformation initiatives.
- Architecture principles, standards & governance:
- Define, communicate, and enforce enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Ensure new systems integrate smoothly into the enterprise landscape and support long-term business objectives.
- Act as an architectural authority, governing solution designs and key technology decisions.
- Business transformation & value enablement:
- Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead enterprise-level architectural thinking for Supply Chain transformation, grounded in a deep understanding of operational processes and their impact on commercial outcomes.
- Drive simplification of the application and data landscape to improve agility, resilience, service levels, and cost efficiency.
- Investment protection & delivery alignment:
- Provide architectural assurance and due diligence for major initiatives.
- Collaborate with Agile and SAFe delivery teams to ensure architecture is actionable and supports effective execution.
- Reduce enterprise risk by ensuring alignment with approved architectures and roadmaps.

Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale, complex FMCG/CPG organizations
Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and industry best practices, including:

Supply Planning and S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Manufacturing and Production Operations
Transportation and Logistics
Inventory Management and Optimization
Demand Planning and Forecasting
Supply Chain Performance Management
Sustainability and Circular Supply Chain initiatives
Warehouse Management
SAP S4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TMS, BlueYonder, IOT Platforms
Deep Supply Chain & Business Domain Knowledge
Familiarity with TOGAF, applied pragmatically (principles, target states, roadmaps, governance).

Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, integration patterns, and API-led connectivity, combined with a working understanding of practical AI applications and strong user
