Our client is in need of an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to an Executive.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
Manage the Executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Manage emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the Executive.
Perform other duties assigned by the Executive.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
Support the Executive with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and other logistics when required.
Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
Job Requirements
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Professional appearance and excellent work ethic.
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution is required.
