Job Title: Executive Driver
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, experienced, and highly professional Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for expatriates, corporate executives, and other high-profile clients.
The ideal candidate must be confident on Lagos roads, service-oriented, discreet, well-presented, and able to navigate efficiently with or without technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate trip and vehicle records as required.
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation to clients.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and client-ready vehicle at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and surrounding areas, including alternative routes during heavy traffic or when network/navigation services are unavailable.
- Ensure the vehicle is adequately charged and ready for scheduled trips.
- Navigate Lagos efficiently using Google Maps, while also having strong independent knowledge of Lagos routes and alternative roads.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with clients.
- Handle client information and conversations with a high level of confidentiality.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving executive, luxury, or high-end vehicles.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Must be flexible and available according to client transportation needs.
- HND or BSc.
- Mature, calm, courteous, and professionally presented.
- Ability to navigate confidently even where network or navigation services are temporarily unavailable.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Google Maps/navigation applications.
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
- Must be resident on Lagos Island, preferably within the Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah or surrounding axis.
- Remuneration
- Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Net Monthly.
- Additional Performance-Based Benefits: Up to N30,000 monthly + quarterly client service incentive.
