Job Summary
As the Executive Driver to the Chairman at Popville Luxury Homes, you will provide premium, safe, timely, and professional transportation exclusively for the Chairman. You will be responsible for keeping the executive vehicle in pristine condition, strictly adhering to road safety regulations, and managing daily routes with absolute discretion and punctuality. Your role reflects Popville’s highest standards of professionalism, executive safety, and elite service.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Driving & Mobility (Daily):
Ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, defensive driving practices, and optimal passenger comfort.
Maintain a highly courteous, respectful, and positive countenance at all times.
Maintain absolute punctuality, ensuring you are available at the designated times (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) and flexible to executive schedule adjustments.
Executive Vehicle Maintenance and Care:
Ensure the vehicle is kept spotlessly clean, both interior and exterior, throughout the day.
Conduct meticulous daily checks on the executive vehicle's fuel, oil, fluids, tires, brakes, and security features before operation.
Promptly report any mechanical faults, scheduled servicing requirements, or licensing renewals to the Admin/HR department to guarantee zero downtime.
Advanced Route Planning & Punctuality:
Map out efficient routes ahead of schedule to circumvent traffic congestion, road closures, or delays.
Stay dynamically updated on real-time traffic conditions within the city to ensure the chairman arrives at meetings and engagements punctually.
Absolute Discretion, Confidentiality & Protocol:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding any conversations, phone calls, or business details overheard during transits.
Assist the Chairman with personal logistics, executive luggage, or sensitive documents as required.
Uphold the corporate image of the Chairman’s office by being professionally dressed, well-groomed, and professional in all engagements.
Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
