Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards while providing excellent service to guests.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and handed over according to hotel procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel
