Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide strong leadership across all departments, manage operational challenges effectively, and ensure the hotel operates efficiently in line with company policies and objectives.
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, staff performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel departments and facilities to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle emergencies and operational issues calmly and efficiently.
- Work with department heads to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
- Support sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing occupancy, revenue, and the hotel's market presence.
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints, concerns, and special requests.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, Laundry, and other operational departments.
- Ensure the hotel maintains a professional image and delivers a consistently high-quality guest experience.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide management with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all hotel facilities, rooms, equipment, and public areas are clean, safe, functional, and properly maintained.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor departmental budgets, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, procurement, and proper use of hotel supplies and equipment.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest experience.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, licensing, and hospitality regulations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, corporate clients, travel partners, and other stakeholders.
