Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our hotel team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Assist with banquet, conference, and special event services when required.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Report guest complaints, incidents, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards at all times.
- Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Requirements
