Responsibilties
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from project managers, and site managers and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking.
Liaise with other departments using the required procedure in a timely manner to ensure seamless workflow.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of diesel and petrol generators, concrete mixers, batching plant, and other construction equipment.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors to schedule and supervise repairs or installations that require external expertise.
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines in all maintenance activities.
Assist in developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to optimize equipment performance and extend its lifespan.
Conduct repairs, replacements, or adjustments on faulty or malfunctioning equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and completed work orders across the sites.

Skills:
