We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Ogun
Job Summary
We are seeking courteous, energetic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bills and payments accurately where applicable.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar and other F&B team members.
- Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
- Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and according to established service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, service areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating where required.
- Respond politely to guest requests, questions and complaints.
- Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage options.
