Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to operate and monitor extrusion machines, PVC pipes, ensuring efficient production of quality products while adhering to safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper feeding of raw materials into the extrusion line.
- Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Monitor production processes and identify machine or product defects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Report machine faults, production issues, and abnormalities promptly.
- Set machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
- Maintain accurate production and machine records.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Operate and monitor extrusion machines and production equipment.
- Follow production schedules and achieve set output targets.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience operating extrusion machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively in shifts and under pressure.
Relevant experience with PVC Pipes.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
Good knowledge of extrusion processes and machine operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Salary: N200,000 - N300,000.00 / month.
