Manage maintenance and repairs of building systems like lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roller shutters, HVAC etc.

Use AutoCAD to design, update, and manage floor plans, fixture placements, and traffic flow diagrams, for renovation/ fit-out projects.
Compiling project specification and supervising tendering procedures.
Ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate digital documentation of facility blueprints, as-built drawings, and equipment maintenance logs.
Energy Management

optimize power usage and LED retrofits to lower the high utility overhead typical of retail footprints.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Carryout all other engineering related duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Relevant professional qualification or certification is required.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layout design) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings design & interpretationand MS Office tools.
- Skills Required:
- Solid Troubleshooting, Emergency interventions and Preventive Maintenance capabilities to diagnose issues promptly and implement maintenance plans to minimize disruptions.
- Strong contruction project management skills and engineering principle knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of building and utility systems (power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Familiarity with health, safety, environmental and industry regulatory standards.
