We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
KeyResponsibilities
Monitor generator performance, fuel consumption, electricity and water usage.
Manage maintenance budgets and implement appropriate cost-control measures.
Monitor contractor performance and verify completed work.
Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, utility and infrastructure records.
Oversee electricity, generators, water supply, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, lighting, drainage and other facility infrastructure.
Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively identify and resolve defects.
Ensure prompt response to breakdowns and critical facility emergencies.
Support renovation, refurbishment and facility-improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire-safety requirements.
Provide timely facility management and performance reports.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
Supervise maintenance personnel, technicians, contractors and service providers.
Qualifications &
Experience
2–8years' relevant
in facility/property/maintenance management.
Relevant professional certification in Facility Management, Engineering, HSE or Project Management is an added advantage.
B.Sc. / HND in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management or a related discipline.
in a hotel, healthcare facility, industrial facility or other 24/7 critical-service environment will be a strong advantage.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
