Requirements
Strong maintenance planning, safety compliance and contractor coordination skills.
Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
Leadership and engineering operations management experience required for supervisory and management roles.
Knowledge of hotel facilities systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators and lifts, as relevant.
Relevant engineering qualifications or technical certifications.
Experience in maintenance, repairs and hotel facilities systems.
Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
