Summary
We are looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of our residential estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure proper use of resources.
- Coordinate and supervise repairs, maintenance works, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and other estate services.
- Ensure the estate, common areas, facilities, and infrastructure are properly maintained.
- Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the estate.
- Prepare regular reports on the condition and operations of the estate.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, incidents, expenses, and repairs.
- Monitor electricity, water supply, security, waste disposal, and other essential services.
- Attend to residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent major maintenance problems.
- Ensure the estate is clean, safe, secure, and properly maintained at all times.
- Supervise estate support staff, artisans, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections and promptly address maintenance issues.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’
Experience
in Facility Management, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
Good knowledge of building maintenance and estate operations.
