You will supervise daily field activities in your assigned section, making sure work is done correctly, safely and on time.
Key Accountabilities
- Assign daily tasks to farm workers and supervise their work
- Take daily attendance and enforce discipline
- Supervise planting, crop care, irrigation and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and report pests, diseases or damage
- Keep records of inputs, tools and harvested produce
- Check guard posts and report security incidents
- Submit daily and weekly reports to the Farm Manager
Requirements
OND, HND or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' practical farm experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
Practical knowledge of crop farming and farm tools
Ability to lead a team and keep basic records
Ability to speak Hausa and English
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
