Key Accountabilities
- To oversee the business, commercials, and operational side of the fashion brand, balancing creativity Goals with marketing targets.
- Directs day-to-day operations, sets sales goals, manages budgets, and tracks financial records to keep the business profitable.
- Hires, trains, and manages staff, including tailors, designers, and retail personnel, while tracking attendance and performance
- Oversees the clothing production process from start to finish, ensuring items meet quality and design standards.
