Job Summary
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to maintain proper financial controls.
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented female Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, monitor transactions, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries.
- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and budget performance.
- Ensure timely payment processing and proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support tax preparation, statutory compliance, and audit activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting experience is required.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation procedures.
