Job Title: Female Architect
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Building Design: Develop architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Construction Supervision: Monitor construction progress and ensure that work aligns with approved architectural plans and quality standards.
Preparation of Drawings: Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Cost and Material Management: Recommend suitable building materials and coordinate with relevant professionals to help keep projects within budget.
Project Coordination: Work closely with civil engineers, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and other professionals.
Documentation: Prepare design reports, project documentation, technical drawings, and other required records.
Site Inspection: Visit construction sites to assess conditions, take measurements, and ensure that construction follows approved designs.
