Job Summary
Marshall Point Technologies Limited is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Field Marketer to drive business growth by promoting and selling the company’s technology solutions and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, developing business opportunities, and increasing the company’s market presence across corporate organisations, SMEs, government institutions, and other potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and client visits.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
- Present company solutions and demonstrate how our technology services solve client challenges.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve company revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Identify and engage potential clients including SMEs, corporate organisations, government agencies, and institutions.
- Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Execute marketing activities to increase awareness of Marshall Point Technologies Ltd.’s solutions.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, seminars, networking sessions, and industry meetings.
- Promote the company’s training programmes and generate student enrolment opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with technical and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Reporting & Performance Management:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements
Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate client engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
Experience selling technology products, cybersecurity solutions, software solutions, or security solutions is an added advantage.
