As a Field Officer, you will play a key role in supporting environmental health and compliance activities across the Federal Capital Territory.
Your Responsibilities
Organizing and filing field documents to support reporting and compliance.
Serving demand notices and other official documents to business establishments.
Achieving assigned daily field targets while representing the organization professionally.
Maintaining accurate field records and ensuring all activities are properly documented.
Recording and documenting evidence where establishments refuse to acknowledge or receive notices.
Retrieving acknowledged copies of served notices and returning them to the office.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in the field and consistently achieve daily targets.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in field operations, compliance, marketing, customer service, data collection, or a related role is an advantage but not compulsory.
