Job summary
AV Securitas Ltd is looking for a Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations across all client sites in Lagos and Ogun State. You will lead our Regional Security Managers (RSMs) and make sure guarding, CCTV/remote monitoring, close protection and control room services are delivered smoothly and to client standards.

Job descriptions & requirements
Supervise and coordinate the RSMs, ensuring each region meets performance targets
Oversee guard deployment, rosters, shift handovers, and relief cover across all sites
Carry out regular site visits and audits (guard turnout, post orders, appearance, equipment, service quality)
Ensure every service in the field is delivered in line with client SLAs
Respond to, investigate, and escalate incidents, and report to management and clients
Act as escalation point for client concerns and join client review meetings
Review RSM reports and produce consolidated weekly and monthly operations reports
Work with HR, training and the control room on recruitment, discipline, welfare and refresher training
Support onboarding of new sites: risk assessments, post orders and deployment plans
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management
- Minimum B.Sc. or HND; 4+ years in security operations, with at least 3 years managing supervisors or managers across multiple sites
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
- Multi-site coordination and rostering
- Incident management and crisis handling
- Clear report writing and proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
- Professional client communication
- Good judgment under pressure
- High integrity and a firm but fair approach to discipline
- Working knowledge of private guard regulations in Nigeria (e.g., NSCDC)
