Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Recovery Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong field recovery experience, excellent investigation and verification skills, and the ability to recover stolen or outstanding assets efficiently.
The successful candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Verify customer addresses and carry out physical investigations when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Conduct field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations.
- Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets.
- Engage professionally with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience in recovering stolen assets is highly preferred.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
