Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Field Sales Representativeto join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, assisting walk-in customers, processing sales and registrations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the kiosk with product and service inquiries.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and available promotions.
- Process customer registrations, activations, renewals, and other service requests accurately.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Completion of the mandatory NYSC programme.
