- Replace faulty terminals and maintain accurate terminal inventory within the assigned territory.
- Train merchants and agents on proper POS usage and transaction processes.

- Support merchant onboarding and documentation where required.
- Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly field activity reports.
