We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with ourhead office finance on project banking and cash flow
Requirements
- Process all purchase orders and subcontractor payment certificates; maintain the payment schedule
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports to ourhead office finance function
- Support the Commercial Manager with contract and commercial documentation filing
- Manage the project petty cash and site small-purchases fund; maintain accurate records and reconcile monthly
- Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with compilation of interim payment applications
- Track subcontractor retention balances and payment status
- Maintain supplier invoice records; match invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation

Minimum 4 years of finance or commercial administration experience; construction industry
