We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive – Revenue Assurance to join our Finance team and help ensure revenue accuracy, completeness, and effective financial controls across our logistics operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform revenue reconciliation across shipments, billing, collections, and financial records.
- Identify revenue leakages, billing discrepancies, and transaction exceptions.
- Review shipment and billing data to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Investigate variances and support timely resolution of revenue-related issues.
- Prepare revenue assurance reports and provide insights to management.
- Support the monitoring and strengthening of revenue controls and processes.
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Technology, and Finance teams to resolve revenue exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and revenue recovery.
- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Financial Control, Reconciliation, Audit, Accounting, or a related function.
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential — including data analysis, reconciliations, PivotTables, lookup functions, and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Good understanding of financial controls and reconciliation processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, retail, banking, or another high-volume transaction environment is an advantage.
