Job Summary
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in supporting executive decision-making, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving profitability across fleet and corporate operations.
The Finance Operations role supports accurate transaction processing, working-capital control, reporting, and audit readiness across sales, inventory, and departmental finance activities.
The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cost control, regulatory compliance, cash flow management, and financial risk oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support robust working-capital management and review balance-sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain the General Ledger and prepare monthly reports covering inventory, receivables, and departmental budgets.
- Participate in annual statutory and tax audits and provide the required supporting documentation.
- Supervise monthly inventory counts across all centers.
- Ensure the timely invoicing of vehicle sales and perform monthly reconciliation of receivables.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial processes and operations management, with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ICAN, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
