Job Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
7–10 years’ proven experience in finishing works, preferably within construction or real estate development
BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field
Ability to work under pressure and effectively coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Proven experience supervising finishing works and construction activities on building projects
Experience coordinating artisans, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details
Strong knowledge of tiling, screeding, plastering, painting, ceilings, flooring, doors, fittings, and other finishing works
High level of attention to detail, quality consciousness, discipline, and professionalism
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
