Job Summary
The Food Technologist is responsible for ensuring the production of safe, high-quality cashew products in compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements. The role oversees in-process production activities, product formulation, production and packaging operations, quality assurance, and accurate documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Oversee in-process production activities, ensuring all processing stages are carried out in accordance with approved procedures.
- Accurately measure and mix condiments and ingredients for various cashew product variants, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and product specifications.

- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train production personnel on food safety, quality standards, and production procedures.
