Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, confident, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to join our team in Ikeja GRA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, attending to clients and visitors, handling calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, articulate, customer-focused, and experienced in dealing with clients and professionals in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, contractors, and vendors professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Respond to client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, inspections, and site visits.
  • Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, enquiries, and correspondence.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute documents, packages, and official correspondence.
  • Follow up on client enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing quotations, invoices, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of company and client records.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between clients, project teams, contractors, vendors, and management.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Monitor office supplies and communicate when replenishment is required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, administrative, or similar position.

Experience in a construction, real estate, engineering, or property company is an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and confident personality.

Good attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Must be punctual, reliable, proactive, and professional.
