Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, guest-focused, and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s Front Office Department. The Front Office Manager will ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out, reservations, room allocation, guest relations, front desk operations, and effective coordination with other departments.
The successful candidate will lead the front office team in delivering excellent guest service, resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining accurate guest records, and ensuring that all front office procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications &
Experience
Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and guest relationship management.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
Good knowledge of cash handling, billing, invoicing, and basic front office accounting procedures.
Strong knowledge of hotel reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, room allocation, guest relations, and front desk operations.
Previous
in a reputable hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
4–6 years of relevant
in hotel Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Security & Emergency Procedures:
Coordinate with Security during emergencies, incidents, evacuations, or unusual situations.
Ensure Front Office staff follow hotel security procedures.
Report security concerns and suspicious activities promptly.
Protect guest information, room keys/access credentials, and other sensitive information.
Ensure lost-and-found procedures are properly followed.
Quality & Service Standards:
Ensure Front Office procedures comply with hotel standards and management policies.
Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and service.
Monitor staff interactions with guests and provide corrective coaching where required.

- Hotel PMS & Records Management:
- Ensure accurate use of the hotel Property Management System.

- Coordination with Other Departments:

- Coordinate with Food & Beverage regarding guest packages, room charges, events, and special arrangements.
- Liaise with Security regarding guest safety, incidents, lost property, and access concerns.
