We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer Instructor to join our training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students both front-end and back-end web development, guiding them through practical projects and helping them develop the technical skills required to build and deploy modern web applications

Key Accountabilities
- Deliver practical and engaging lessons in Full-Stack Web Development.
- Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and respons ive web design.
- Teach back-end development, including server-side programming, APIs, databases, authentication, and application deployment.
- Guide students in building real-world websites and web applications.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, practical exercises, and projects.
- Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and support students during practical sessions.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, projects, tests, and practical assessments.
- Review and debug students’ code while teaching proper coding practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students who require additional assistance.
- Keep course content updated with current industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Guide students in developing projects that can be included in their professional portfolios.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant professional qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong practical experience in full-stack web development.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, Git/GitHub, authentication, and web deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or training experience is an advantage.
