Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Develop technically challenging software projects that reflect real-world engineering environments.
- Design structured coding tasks with clear requirements and detailed documentation.
- Build deterministic test suites to verify software correctness and reproducibility.
- Containerize development tasks using Docker to ensure consistent execution environments.
- Work across multi-file codebases and maintain organized project structures.
- Validate software behavior through testing and debugging.
- Document setup instructions, expected outcomes, and testing procedures.
- Identify issues that affect code quality, reliability, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as: JavaScript or TypeScript, JavaGo, Rust C or C++
- Experience designing, developing, or maintaining multi-file software projects.
- Practical experience with Docker or similar containerization tools.
- Understanding of automated testing and software validation.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver reliable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full-stack architectures and end-to-end application development.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated test suites.
- Experience with build tools, dependency management, and code-quality workflows.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Experience creating reproducible development environments.
- Familiarity with software evaluation or AI coding assessment projects.
