Amy Consulting - Our client, a growing private security company, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, improve business processes, manage client relationships, control costs, and drive business growth.
Requirements
Experience in facility management or manpower outsourcing is an added advantage.
Experience in a top private security company at mid-level management or above is required.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Experience in team management, process development, client relations, and basic business finance.
Minimum of 7 years’ work experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Admin Manager.
Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 monthly (Negotiable).
