We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Key Duties
Overall Hotel Management:
Oversee all departments and hotel operations.
Implement policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
Ensure the hotel operates efficiently and according to established standards.
Financial Management:
Control operational costs and reduce unnecessary expenditure.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial and sales reports.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial targets.
Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, profit, and cash flow.
Revenue & Business Development:
Develop strategies to increase room occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
Drive marketing and promotional initiatives.
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other business partners.
Monitor room rates, sales performance, and market trends.
Staff & Human Resources Management:
Establish staff discipline and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Supervise department heads and senior management staff.
Ensure proper recruitment, training, deployment, and performance management.
Conduct management meetings and performance reviews.

Experience
Personally handle serious guest complaints and sensitive situations.
Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective measures.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Maintain the hotel's reputation and service standards.
Operational Supervision:
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hotel facilities.
Monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security, Accounts, and other departments.

Maintenance & Facility Management:
Ensure the hotel environment remains safe, functional, and presentable.
Follow up on major repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ensure all hotel facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
Reporting & Management:
Represent the hotel at external meetings and industry engagements.
Make recommendations on business improvements and investments.
Prepare regular reports for the hotel owner/board.
Present operational and financial performance updates.
