Requirements
- Build, mentor, and develop supply chain teams while driving continuous improvement, automation, and best practices
- Ensure seamless coordination with farm operations, hatcheries, production, quality, and commercial teams to support uninterrupted operations
- Lead supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor performance management, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, logistics costs, supplier performance, and service levels through data-driven decision making
- Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or Agriculture with supply chain exposure
- Exposure to large scale, integrated, or multinational operations is an advantage
- Minimum 5 to 7 years in senior leadership roles such as Supply Chain Head or Operations Head
