We are seeking young, ambitious, and result-oriented graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainee Field Officers in the banking sector. Successful candidates will undergo practical training and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, field marketing, business development, financial product sales, and relationship management.
The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to work in the field to promote banking products, acquire new customers, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, loans, payment solutions, and other financial products.
- Conduct field marketing, customer visits, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
- Identify business opportunities within assigned territories and markets.
- Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and procedures.
- Prepare daily activity reports, sales updates, and customer acquisition reports.
- Participate in training sessions and comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must be a recent graduate or possess limited work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
