Key Responsibilities
- Support the receipt, storage and proper arrangement of materials and products in the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, stock taking and reconciliation.
- Support the documentation and recording of stock movements and warehouse activities.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies where necessary.
- Support the issuance and dispatch of materials and products in line with approved procedures.
- Assist with maintaining proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.

Requirements

- Assist with the preparation of operational and warehouse reports.
- Work closely with relevant departments to support efficient daily operations.
- Carry out other duties and assignments as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Must have completed the NYSC programme.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to a fast paced work environment.
