You will work closely with marketing stakeholders and business partners to translate briefs into polished, on-brand design work delivered on time and to specification.
Astria Learning is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
In this role, you will craft compelling visual assets that reinforce our brand identity across digital and print channels — from social media campaigns and partner collateral to event signage and email graphics.
What you'll do
Collaborate with marketing teammates and stakeholders to interpret briefs, present concepts, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
Prepare print-ready materials for events and expos — banners, roll-ups, signage, and handouts — with correct specifications (bleed, formats, and exports).
Produce partner and sales collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, brochures, flyers, posters, and branded templates.
Maintain consistent brand application across all outputs: colors, typography, layout, and logo usage.
Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, ad banners, email visuals, landing page graphics, and campaign toolkits.
Organize and manage design files, templates, and brand assets to ensure easy reuse and version control.
Support basic visual updates for website and eCommerce properties (banners, section graphics, product visuals) as needed.
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated experience producing both digital and print deliverables, including pre-press and export standards.
3 - 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing or brand environment.
Good working knowledge of Figma for shared assets and collaborative templates.
Solid grounding in branding principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Strong proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Nice to have:
Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify environments when coordinating implementation of visual assets with development teams.
Basic motion graphics skills — simple animations for social media or digital advertising.
