The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional to lead its visual content. The role covers graphic design, video production and the overall creative direction of the brand.
This role combines hands-on design and video editing with ownership of the company’s creative output. The successful candidate will produce compelling content across digital and print platforms.
They will set and uphold visual standards and manage the creative workflow from concept to delivery.
Working closely with the marketing team, they will turn campaign goals into designs, videos and multimedia content that communicate the brand clearly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership & Management:
- Own the company’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
- Plan and manage the creative calendar, prioritising requests and ensuring timely delivery.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and campaign directions.
- Review creative output for quality, brand alignment and effectiveness.
- Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, printers) where required.
- Graphic Design:
- Design marketing materials for digital and print, including social media graphics, flyers, banners, brochures and presentations.
- Develop layouts and visual concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Create content for websites, email campaigns and advertisements.
- Video Editing & Multimedia:
- Edit promotional, marketing and social media videos to a professional standard.
- Create motion graphics, animations and reels.
- Apply transitions, sound design, subtitles, colour correction and visual enhancements.
- Support content planning, filming and post-production.
- Project & Asset Management
- Manage multiple creative projects at once without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Maintain an organised library of design files, brand assets and templates.
- Stay current with design trends, creative tools and digital content best practice.
- Candidate Profile
- Education:
- NCE, OND, Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant certification
- At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design and video editing.
- A strong portfolio showing both design and video work.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns is an advantage.
- Experience leading creative projects or coordinating other creatives is an advantage.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, branding and visual storytelling.
- Motion graphics and animation skills are an added advantage.
- Basic photography and videography skills are desirable.
