We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Griller
Locations:
Anthony, Opebi and Isolo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of food items before preparation.
- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
- Report stock shortages, equipment faults, and other issues to the Grill Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grill and work areas.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Prepare and grill suya, meat, chicken, fish, and other grill items according to Bukka Hut standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat and other ingredients.
- Ensure all grill equipment and work tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work shifts and must reside in Festac or its environs.
Experience in grilling, suya preparation, or restaurant operations is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or relevant qualification with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
