Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic leader with strong experience across Technical Sales Engineering, Business Development, Business Operations, and Event / Exhibition Management.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead its Business Development and Training Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee exhibitions, conferences, seminars, workshops, and corporate events.
- Build partnerships with companies, institutions, professional bodies, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and manage corporate, technical, and professional training programmes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Business Development and Training Centre teams.
- Develop sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Oversee the operations and commercial growth of the Training Centre.
- Lead and execute the Group's business development and revenue-growth strategy.
- Lead proposals, commercial negotiations, client presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Identify new markets, clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Monitor business performance, revenue, budgets, and departmental KPIs.
- Provide regular business development, training, event, and operational reports to Management.
- Drive technical sales and develop strategic corporate accounts.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Development and commercial operations.
- Proven experience in event, exhibition, conference, or corporate event management.
- Strong commercial awareness, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Experience in training, learning & development, or Training Centre management is highly desirable.
- Strong B2B sales, client relationship, negotiation, and strategic partnership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that generate measurable business results.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing business operations.
- Extensive experience in Technical Sales Engineering is required.
