We are seeking an experienced Hatchery & Nursery Manager to oversee fish breeding, egg incubation, pre-nursery rearing, packing, and dispatch operations.
The role will ensure consistent production of healthy, high-quality fish seed while maintaining strong biosecurity, production standards, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and survival rates.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and equipment records and prepare performance reports.
- Supervise, train, and develop hatchery and nursery teams.
- Monitor fish health, survival, growth, hatchability, and seed quality.
- Manage daily hatchery and nursery operations and production schedules.
- Coordinate packing, oxygenation, and timely dispatch of fish seed.
- Coordinate broodstock selection, spawning, egg incubation, and hatching.
- Ensure effective biosecurity, hygiene, safety, and batch traceability.
- Oversee larval and fry rearing, feeding, grading, stocking, and water management.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant
Experience
