Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts
Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to provide strategic financial leadership across its finance and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Oversee treasury, liquidity, cash flow, debt financing and asset management.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes and cost optimisation across the business.
- Lead financial modelling, project feasibility, investment analysis and financial due diligence for real estate projects.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Executive Management and Board.
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Develop and execute financial strategy, planning and capital allocation in line with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a senior management role.
- ACCA, CFA, CITN or ICAN certification is strictly required.
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in a group/multi-entity environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Real estate/property development experience is an advantage.
