Job Summary
Beautiful Beginning Academy is looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Head of Nursery to lead our Early Years section and provide a strong foundation for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with school management to improve teaching standards and the overall Nursery programme.
- Monitor children's progress and ensure age-appropriate learning outcomes.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for every child.
- Supervise and support Nursery teachers to deliver high-quality early years education.
- Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Nursery section.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and support.
- Develop engaging learning experiences that promote children's literacy, numeracy, creativity, and confidence.
Requirements
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to teach and develop children's reading and writing skills in the Nursery section is a strong advantage.
- TRCN certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years'
Experience
in Early Years or Nursery education, with leadership
being an added advantage.
Strong understanding of child development and early years learning.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Salary: N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
